Abstract

Pandemija covida‑19 je bila leta 2021 še vedno dejavnik, ki je zaznamoval življenje in delo Evropejcev, zaradi česar je Eurofound nadaljeval proučevanje in beleženje njenih številnih in raznolikih učinkov v državah članicah EU. Poročilo Življenje in delo v Evropi v letu 2021 vsebuje pregled sprememb na področju zaposlovanja, dela in življenjskih razmer v Evropi, pripravljen na podlagi Eurofoundovih raziskovalnih dejavnosti v letu 2021. V letošnjem letnem zborniku so povzete tudi ugotovitve agencije o drugih problematičnih vidikih družbenega in gospodarskega življenja, vključno z enakostjo spolov pri zaposlovanju, neenakostjo porazdelitve bogastva in pomanjkanjem delovne sile, ki bodo pomembno vplivali na okrevanje po pandemiji, odpornost na vojno v Ukrajini ter uspešen prehod na zeleno in digitalno prihodnost. Eurofoundova raziskava o delovnih in življenjskih razmerah v Evropi je podlaga za oblikovanje socialne politike in uresničevanje vizije agencije, da postane vodilni evropski vir znanja za izboljšanje življenjskih in delovnih pogojev.

Letnemu zborniku je priloženo Konsolidirano letno poročilo o dejavnostih za leto 2021, ki je uradno poročilo agencije o njenih operativnih dejavnostih, osebju in proračunu – glej „Sorodne vsebine“.
