Enterprise Ireland is organising the conference Driving Competitiveness - Delivering Growth and Sustainable Jobs at Dublin Castle on 29 May 2013. The event is taking place in the framework of the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union and is supported by the Irish Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation and the Brussels-based EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation.

Leading European and Japanese companies of all sizes and from all sectors will be sharing their practical experience on how they achieve competitiveness in a busy marketplace. More specifically, the event will showcase 40 case studies of what does and does not work to improve competitiveness.

Eurofound will contribute with a presentation on Restructuring in SMEs by Irene Mandl, Research Manager, Employment and Change.
