Abstract
Wohnraum für Migranten – ein zentrales Thema, das für die Lebensqualität generell maßgebend ist – ist ein entscheidender Aspekt beim Integrationsprozess. Viele der mit der Integration verbundenen Heraus - forderungen gilt es auf lokaler Ebene zu bewältigen. Den Städten und Kommunalbehörden kommt hierbei nicht nur bei der Umsetzung der Integrationspolitik, sondern auch bei der Entwicklung innovativer Strategien zur Wohnraum - situation, Bildung und kulturellen Vielfalt eine wichtige Aufgabe zu. Dieser Beitrag beruht auf den Erkenntnissen aus den 20 Fallstudien, die als Teil des ersten CLIP-Moduls zur Wohnraumsituation durchgeführt wurden.
