La fijación del salario mínimo en toda la UE se ha convertido en un área política cada vez más dinámica y vigilada de cerca, moldeada por la transposición de la Directiva de Salario Mínimo de la UE y una década de crecimiento sostenido en términos reales de las tasas legales. Este informe examina las discusiones sobre la fijación salarial que tuvieron lugar en los Estados miembros y Noruega en 2025, centrándose en los países con y sin salario mínimo nacional, la interacción entre salarios mínimos y negociación colectiva en sectores de bajos salarios, y el creciente papel de los valores de referencia indicativos en la configuración de las decisiones nacionales.
