Abstract

De Europese sectoriële dialoog speelt een belangrijke rol bij het bevorderen van de dialoog tussen de sociale partners in industriële sectoren op een Europees niveau. Op dit moment zijn er 43 Europese sectoriële comités voor de sociale dialoog die fungeren als ontmoetingsplatform voor de sociale partners (vertegenwoordigers van vakbonden en van werkgeversorganisaties) uit de lidstaten van de EU om een dialoog te voeren namens specifieke sectoren. Dit onderzoeksverslag bevat feiten en cijfers over de sectoriële diversiteit, over de organisaties van de sociale partners en over de representativiteit op het niveau van de EU, de lidstaten en de sectoren.
