A definição do salário mínimo em toda a UE tornou-se uma área política cada vez mais dinâmica e observada de perto, moldada pela transposição da Diretiva do Salário Mínimo da UE e por uma década de crescimento sustentado em termos reais das taxas estatutárias. Este relatório examina as discussões sobre definição salarial que ocorreram entre os Estados-Membros e a Noruega em 2025, focando nos países com e sem salário mínimo nacional, na interação entre salários mínimos e negociação coletiva em setores de baixa remuneração, e no papel crescente dos valores de referência indicativos na formação das decisões nacionais.
