A high level conference under the Finnish Presidency of the Council of the European Union is organised in connection with the informal meeting of competitiveness ministers. The conference includes discussions on the transformation of work and working life due to digitalisation and on skills development from the perspectives of employees and employers. The programme consists of expert presentations and discussions. The speakers include work life experts from the research and business sectors as well as ministers from EU member states.
