Die Festlegung des Mindestlohns in der EU ist zu einem zunehmend dynamischen und aufmerksam beobachteten Politikbereich geworden, geprägt durch die Umsetzung der EU-Mindestlohnrichtlinie und ein Jahrzehnt anhaltenden realen Wachstums der gesetzlichen Satzsätze. Dieser Bericht untersucht die Gespräche über die Lohnfestsetzung, die 2025 in den Mitgliedstaaten und Norwegen stattfanden, mit Fokus auf die Länder mit und ohne nationalen Mindestlohn, das Zusammenspiel zwischen Mindestlöhnen und Tarifverhandlungen in niedrig bezahlten Sektoren sowie die wachsende Rolle von Referenzwerten bei der Gestaltung nationaler Entscheidungen.
