Annual report 2003

The annual report provides an overview of the Foundation's activities for 2003. This was an important year for the Foundation. The process of integrating the new Member States in the Foundation’s main activities stepped up a gear, with the emphasis on monitoring tools and research networks. The crucial role of monitoring in the Foundation’s work was further highlighted with the establishment of new research tools in areas such as Living Conditions. This document contains annexes dealing with the budget, organisation and staffing of the Foundation during 2003. A complete set of annexes is available as a separate document (EF/04/76/EN).
