Selle aasta aruandes tutvustatakse 2025. aasta miinimumpalga määrasid ning seda, kuidas need 2024. aastal kehtestati ja tõsteti. See sisaldab teavet riikide kohta, kus on ja kus puudub riiklik miinimumpalk. Lisaks antakse selles esimene võrdlev ülevaade sellest, kuidas liikmesriigid on miinimumpalga direktiivi üle võtnud, ning esitatakse uued hinnangud miinimumpalga saajate osakaalu ja nende suutlikkuse kohta eluaset endale lubada. Lõpetuseks võetakse kokku 2024. aastal avaldatud miinimumpalka käsitlevad uuringud.
