Eurofound peut traiter vos données personnelles (également appelées informations personnelles) pour plusieurs raisons : qu’il s’agisse de répondre aux demandes d’informations du public, aux informations des visiteurs, à la gestion des plaintes, à vous inviter à une réunion ou à l’un de nos projets de recherche, ou simplement parce que vous les soumettez en vous abonnant à des publications ou événements sur notre site web. Les types de données personnelles dépendent de l’objet du traitement. Ils peuvent inclure votre nom et vos coordonnées, votre CV et tout document de certification (lors de la candidature à un emploi ou à un stage), vos besoins alimentaires et de mobilité (lors de la participation à un événement organisé par Eurofound), ou l’acceptation des cookies.

Dans la plupart des cas, Eurofound traite vos données personnelles pour l’exécution d’une tâche menée dans l’intérêt public, pour le respect d’une obligation légale ou sur la base de votre consentement. Pour chaque opération de traitement, il existe une période de conservation définie qui précise la durée pendant laquelle vos données personnelles sont conservées. Selon l’opération de traitement, la période de conservation peut varier. La période exacte de conservation est spécifiée dans l’avis de protection des données applicable.

Le règlement (UE) 2018/1725 vous accorde, en tant que personne concernée, la possibilité d’exercer les droits suivants :

  • Sachez quand vos données personnelles sont traitées

  • Accédez à vos données personnelles

  • Ayez une copie de vos données personnelles

  • Corrigez vos données personnelles si elles sont inexactes ou incomplètes

  • Faites supprimer vos données

  • Restreignez le traitement de vos données

  • Objecter au traitement de vos données

  • portez vos données, et

  • ne pas être soumis à des décisions automatisées (c’est-à-dire prises uniquement par des machines) qui vous concernent.

L’exercice de ces droits est libre. Cependant, lorsque les demandes sont manifestement infondées ou excessives, Eurofound peut refuser d’agir sur la demande. Dans ce cas, vous serez informé en conséquence.

Pour exercer l’un de ces droits, veuillez envoyer votre demande par e-mail ou par courrier dans une enveloppe scellée. Voir les contacts ci-dessous. Vous devez préciser dans votre demande le(s) droit(s) que vous exercez.

Vous devez également fournir une copie d’un document d’identité, par exemple une carte d’identité ou un passeport. Les données suivantes doivent être visibles : nom, numéro d’identification, pays d’émission, période de validité et date de naissance. Toute autre donnée (par exemple, photo ou signature) peut être occultée. Nous utiliserons ces données exclusivement pour vérifier votre identité. Une fois votre demande traitée, nous détruirons le document de manière sécurisée. En principe, nous n’accepterons aucun autre moyen de preuve de votre identité. Si vous souhaitez proposer des alternatives, nous évaluerons leur adéquation au cas par cas.

Le responsable de la protection des données (DPO) d’Eurofound peut, à la demande de toute personne, enquêter sur des affaires et événements directement liés à ses missions. Si vous souhaitez profiter de cette opportunité, veuillez envoyer votre demande d’enquête à DataProtectionOfficer@eurofound.europa.eu.

Le DPO enverra un accusé de réception dans un délai de 15 jours ouvrables et vérifiera si la demande relève de sa responsabilité et si elle doit être traitée comme confidentielle.

Le DPO fera rapport à la personne qui a commandé l’enquête au plus tard trois mois après réception de la demande, sauf en cas d’abus évident de ce droit, auquel cas aucun rapport ne sera fait. Ce délai peut cependant être suspendu jusqu’à ce que le DPO ait obtenu les informations jugées nécessaires pour conclure l’enquête.
