Az EU-ban a minimálbér meghatározása egyre dinamikusabb és szorosan figyelemmel kísért politikai területté vált, amelyet az EU Minimálbér-irányelv áthelyezése és a törvényi kamatok évtizedes folyamatos reál növekedése alakít. Ez a jelentés a 2025-ben a tagállamok és Norvégia között zajló bérmeghatározási vitákat vizsgálja, különös tekintettel azokra az országokra, ahol nemzeti minimálbér van és nincs náluk, a minimálbér és a kollektív tárgyalások kölcsönhatására az alacsony fizetésű szektorokban, valamint az indikatív referenciaértékek növekvő szerepére a nemzeti döntések alakításában.
