Minimālās algas noteikšana visā ES ir kļuvusi par arvien dinamiskāku un cieši uzraudzītu politikas jomu, ko veidojusi ES Minimālās algas direktīvas transponēšana un desmit gadu ilgs ilgstošs likumīgo likmju reālais pieaugums. Šis ziņojums analizē algu noteikšanas diskusijas, kas notika dalībvalstīs un Norvēģijā 2025. gadā, koncentrējoties uz valstīm ar un bez nacionālās minimālās algas, minimālās algas un kolektīvo sarunu mijiedarbību zemu apmaksātās nozarēs, kā arī indikatīvo atsauces vērtību pieaugošo lomu nacionālo lēmumu veidošanā.
