The Conference Board Europe is organising the meeting of the Council for Diversity in Business in Brussels on 3-4 February 2014. The event will focus on the themes of longer working lives (1st day) and international mobility (2nd day).
On the first day, participants will address in particular the following issues:
Managing longer working lives: how can employers keep 'mature talent' engaged?
What leadership skills are needed?

Hans Dubois, Research Officer at Eurofound’s Living Conditions and Quality of Life Unit, will present the latest findings of the project on income from work after retirement. He will participate in the session A framework to retain and engage older workers on day 1. Key questions include:
Why do people work beyond traditional retirement?
What keeps them motivated and engaged at work?
What innovative interventions have organisations devised?
