Tato společná zpráva Evropské agentury pro životní prostředí (EEA) a Eurofoundu zkoumá zkušenosti Evropanů s dopady souvisejícími s klimatem, obavy z budoucích dopadů a opatření na podporu odolnosti přijatá domácnostmi a místními úřady. Vychází z dat získaných z e-průzkumu Eurofound Living and Working in the EU 2025 a zdůrazňuje, jak se klimatická odolnost liší mezi regiony a demografickými skupinami, včetně populací, které jsou obzvlášť zranitelné. Důležité je, že zpráva poskytuje první celoevropský přehled implementovaných opatření na ochranu klimatické odolnosti – jak na úrovni domácností, tak na úrovni místních úřadů.

This report documents working conditions and job quality in the Western Balkans based on the European Working Conditions Telephone Survey data collected in 2021. It brings new regional insights to the analysis of European working conditions and strives to raise awareness of the topic and broaden the perspectives of policymakers, social partners, researchers and the wider public in the region.

Findings from the 2025 (eighth) round of Eurofound’s Living and working in the EU e-survey suggest persistent economic strain and uneven levels of resilience across Member States. Despite lower inflation and labour markets that remain relatively stable by headline indicators, respondents continue to face significant financial pressure, with widening gaps between income groups, rising insecurity among renters and middle-aged people, and continued housing insecurity, especially among low-income and single-parent households.
