Το έργο του Eurofound

Το Eurofound καταρτίζει συχνά εκθέσεις σχετικά με διάφορες μισθολογικές και εισοδηματικές πτυχές, υπό το φως των μεταβαλλόμενων οικονομικών συνθηκών σε ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη.

Παρακολούθηση αμοιβών

Μέσω του Ευρωπαϊκού Παρατηρητηρίου του Εργασιακού Βίου (EurWORK), το Eurofound συγκεντρώνει μεγάλο εύρος πληροφοριών σχετικά με τις αμοιβές. Με την τακτική υποβολή εκθέσεων παράγεται μεγαλύτερος όγκος παρατηρήσεων σχετικά με τις αμοιβές βάσει συλλογικών συμβάσεων, έτσι ώστε να είναι δυνατή η παρακολούθηση των τάσεων. Το Eurofound δημοσιεύει ανά τακτά διαστήματα θεματικές ενημερώσεις σχετικά με τις νόμιμες ελάχιστες αποδοχές και τις αμοιβές βάσει συλλογικών συμβάσεων. Παρακολουθεί, επίσης, τις εθνικές εξελίξεις όσον αφορά τους μηχανισμούς καθορισμού αποδοχών, τις ίσες αμοιβές, τις μεταβλητές αμοιβές, τις χαμηλές αμοιβές και τις διαφορές μεταξύ των φύλων όσον αφορά τις αμοιβές.

Τα προφίλ εργασιακού βίου για την κάθε χώρα περιέχουν πληροφορίες σχετικά με τις αμοιβές σε εθνικό επίπεδο και επικαιροποιούνται τακτικά. Το EurWORK διατηρεί δύο βάσεις δεδομένων σχετικά με τις αμοιβές (βλέπε πόρους κατωτέρω).

Το Ευρωπαϊκό Παρατηρητήριο Απασχόλησης (EJM) του Eurofound αξιολογεί τις αλλαγές στην απασχόληση ανά θέση εργασίας, με βάση διάφορους ποιοτικούς δείκτες μέτρησης, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των αμοιβών. Συγκεκριμένα, συμβάλλει στη βελτίωση των γνώσεών μας σχετικά με το φαινόμενο της πόλωσης της απασχόλησης – δηλαδή, τον βαθμό στον οποίο η αύξηση της απασχόλησης είναι πιθανό να είναι μεγαλύτερη στην κορυφή και στη βάση της κατανομής των αποδοχών παρά στο μέσο.  

Δεδομένα ερευνών

Οι έρευνες του Eurofound παρακολουθούν επίσης τους όρους αμοιβής στην ΕΕ. Οι αμοιβές κατέχουν κεντρική θέση στην έρευνα που διεξάγει το Eurofound σχετικά με την αξιολόγηση της ποιότητας της εργασίας. Στην Ευρωπαϊκή Έρευνα για τις Συνθήκες Εργασίας (EWCS), οι αποδοχές είναι ένας από τους επτά δείκτες της ποιότητας της εργασίας. Αναλύει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο η κρίση έχει επηρεάσει τις οικογένειες, εξετάζοντας τις οικογένειες με χαμηλό εισόδημα, τα χρεωμένα νοικοκυριά και τις ομάδες που αντιμετωπίζουν υψηλό κίνδυνο φτώχειας. Η Έρευνα για τις Ευρωπαϊκές Επιχειρήσεις (ECS) καταγράφει τη χρήση συστημάτων μεταβλητών αμοιβών σε επιχειρήσεις, καθώς και την κάλυψη των υπαλλήλων στις εν λόγω επιχειρήσεις από συλλογικές συμβάσεις εργασίας όσον αφορά τις αποδοχές. Η έρευνα παρέχει τη δυνατότητα σύνδεσης των στοιχείων σχετικά με τις μεταβλητές αμοιβές και τη διαπραγμάτευση των αποδοχών με πληροφορίες σχετικά με την οργάνωση της εργασίας, τη διαχείριση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, την άμεση συμμετοχή των υπαλλήλων και τον κοινωνικό διάλογο, καθώς και με την απόδοση και την ευεξία στον χώρο εργασίας.
