Promoting social cohesion and convergence
Abstract
Vastusena Venemaa sõjale Ukraina vastu aktiveeris EL oma ajutise kaitse direktiivi, mis võimaldab riigist põgenenud inimestel asuda elama ELi ja saada juurdepääs põhilistele avalikele teenustele ja tööturule. 2023. aasta kevadeks oli enam kui 4,5 miljonit inimest kasutanud ELis ajutise kaitse direktiivi või sarnaseid riiklikke kaitseskeeme. 2022. aastal korraldas Euroopa Liidu Põhiõiguste Amet Ukraina põgenike seas veebiuuringu. Eurofound on analüüsinud uuringu tulemusi nende kogemuste kohta töö leidmisel. Siin dokumendis tuuakse esile peamised takistused, millega põgenikud kokku puutusid, ja tehakse ettepanekuid, kuidas toetada nende kaasamist.
