Abstract
Oroszország Ukrajna elleni háborújára reagálva az EU aktiválta az átmeneti védelemről szóló irányelvet (TPD) az országból menekülők számára, lehetővé téve számukra, hogy letelepedjenek az EU-ban, és hozzáférjenek az alapvető közszolgáltatásokhoz és a munkaerőpiachoz. 2023 tavaszára több mint 4,5 millióan vették igénybe az irányelv vagy hasonló nemzeti védelmi rendszerek által nyújtott lehetőségeket az EU-ban. 2022-ben az Európai Unió Alapjogi Ügynöksége online felmérést végzett az Ukrajnából kitelepítettek körében. Az Eurofound elemezte a felmérés eredményeit a foglalkoztatáshoz való hozzáférés terén szerzett tapasztalataikkal kapcsolatban. Ez a dokumentum felhívja a figyelmet azokra a főbb akadályokra, amelyekkel a lakóhelyüket elhagyni kényszerült személyek szembesültek, és javaslatokat tesz a befogadás megkönnyítésére.
