Acest raport comun al Agenției Europene pentru Mediu (SEE) și Eurofound explorează experiența europenilor privind impacturile legate de climă, îngrijorarea față de impacturile viitoare și acțiunile de reziliență întreprinse de gospodării și autoritățile locale. Se bazează pe date colectate din sondajul electronic Eurofound 2025 Living and Working in the EU și evidențiază modul în care reziliența climatică variază între regiuni și grupuri demografice, inclusiv populațiile deosebit de vulnerabile. Este important de menționat că raportul oferă prima prezentare la nivel european a măsurilor implementate de reziliență climatică – atât la nivel de gospodării, cât și la nivelul autorităților locale.

This report documents working conditions and job quality in the Western Balkans based on the European Working Conditions Telephone Survey data collected in 2021. It brings new regional insights to the analysis of European working conditions and strives to raise awareness of the topic and broaden the perspectives of policymakers, social partners, researchers and the wider public in the region.

Findings from the 2025 (eighth) round of Eurofound’s Living and working in the EU e-survey suggest persistent economic strain and uneven levels of resilience across Member States. Despite lower inflation and labour markets that remain relatively stable by headline indicators, respondents continue to face significant financial pressure, with widening gaps between income groups, rising insecurity among renters and middle-aged people, and continued housing insecurity, especially among low-income and single-parent households.
