Regulile europene de protecție a datelor vizează împuternicirea oamenilor, oferindu-le control asupra modului în care sunt folosite datele lor personale. La Eurofound luăm această obligație în serios. Protecția datelor și confidențialitatea fac parte din activitatea noastră zilnică, de la activitățile noastre de comunicare până la sondajele și publicațiile de cercetare la nivel european.
Pe această pagină veți găsi informații despre motivele pentru care putem procesa date personale și ce tipuri de date pregătim, precum și despre drepturile și datele dumneavoastră de contact în cazul în care aveți întrebări.
Eurofound poate procesa datele dumneavoastră personale (cunoscute și ca informații personale) din mai multe motive: de la gestionarea solicitărilor publice de informații, informații despre vizitatori, gestionarea plângerilor, invitarea la o întâlnire sau la unul dintre proiectele noastre de cercetare, sau pur și simplu pentru că le trimiteți atunci când vă abonați la publicații sau evenimente de pe site-ul nostru. Indiferent de motiv, procesarea se efectuează întotdeauna în conformitate cu Regulamentul (UE) 2018/1725 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului din 23 octombrie 2018(opens in new tab)This link opens in a new tab.
Toate scopurile prelucrării pot fi găsite în Registrul nostru de Protecție a Datelor de mai jos sau în notificările noastre de protecție a datelor. Ambele sunt actualizate regulat, așa că vă recomandăm să le consultați periodic.
Tipurile de date personale depind de scopul procesării. Acestea pot include numele și datele tale de contact, CV-ul și orice documente de certificare (când aplici pentru un job sau stagiu), cerințele tale alimentare și de mobilitate (la participarea la un eveniment organizat de Eurofound) sau acceptarea cookie-urilor.
Categoriile exacte de date personale sunt identificate în notificarea de protecție a datelor aplicabilă.
În majoritatea situațiilor, Eurofound procesează datele dumneavoastră personale pentru îndeplinirea unei sarcini desfășurate în interes public, pentru respectarea unei obligații legale sau pe baza consimțământului dumneavoastră. Totuși, s-ar putea aplica și alte baze legale. Informațiile detaliate pe baza legală sunt întotdeauna oferite în Notificarea de Protecție a Datelor aplicabilă.
Dacă nu se specifică altfel într-o Notificare specifică de Protecție a Datelor, accesul la datele dumneavoastră personale va fi acordat exclusiv angajaților noștri, care trebuie să respecte obligațiile legale de confidențialitate.
Pentru fiecare operațiune de procesare există o perioadă definită de păstrare care specifică perioada pentru care datele tale personale sunt păstrate. În funcție de operațiunea de procesare, perioada de retenție poate varia. Perioada exactă de păstrare este specificată în notificarea de protecție a datelor aplicabilă.
Regulamentul (UE) 2018/1725 vă acordă, în calitate de persoană interesată, posibilitatea de a exercita următoarele drepturi:
Să știi când sunt procesate datele tale personale
accesează-ți datele personale
să ai o copie a datelor tale personale
Corectează-ți datele personale dacă acestea sunt inexacte sau incomplete
Să-ți șteargă datele
restricționează procesarea datelor tale
Obiect față de prelucrarea datelor tale
portați-vă datele, și
să nu fii supus deciziilor automate (adică luate exclusiv de mașini) care te afectează.
Exercitarea acestor drepturi este liberă. Totuși, atunci când cererile sunt evident nefondate sau excesive, Eurofound poate refuza să acționeze asupra cererii. Dacă va fi cazul, vei fi informat corespunzător.
Pentru a exercita oricare dintre aceste drepturi, vă rugăm să trimiteți cererea dumneavoastră prin e-mail sau prin poștă, într-un plic sigilat. Vezi contactele de mai jos. Ar trebui să clarifici în cererea ta ce drept(drepturi) exerciti.
De asemenea, trebuie să furnizați o copie a unui document de identificare, de exemplu un act de identitate sau un pașaport. Următoarele date ar trebui să fie vizibile: nume, număr de identificare, țara de emitere, perioada de valabilitate și data nașterii. Orice alte date (de exemplu, fotografie sau semnătură) pot fi neacoperite. Vom folosi aceste date exclusiv pentru a-ți verifica identitatea. Odată ce cererea dumneavoastră a fost rezolvată, vom distruge documentul în siguranță. În principiu, nu vom accepta niciun alt mijloc de dovadă a identității tale. Dacă doriți să propuneți alternative, le vom evalua adecvarea de la caz la caz.
Pe lângă drepturile enumerate mai sus, puteți depune plângere și la EDPS, autoritatea noastră de supraveghere, în cazul în care considerați că Eurofound a încălcat prevederile Regulamentului (UE) 2018/1725 la prelucrarea datelor dumneavoastră personale. Ofițerul pentru Protecția Datelor (DPO) al Eurofound poate, la cererea oricărei persoane, să investigheze chestiuni și evenimente legate direct de sarcinile sale. Dacă doriți să profitați de această oportunitate, vă rugăm să trimiteți cererea de investigație către DataProtectionOfficer@eurofound.europa.eu.
DPO va trimite o confirmare de recepție în termen de 15 zile lucrătoare și va verifica dacă cererea intră în responsabilitatea DPO și dacă va fi tratată ca fiind confidențială.
DPO va raporta persoanei care a comandat investigația cel târziu trei luni de la primirea cererii, cu excepția cazului în care acest drept este evident abuzat, caz în care nu se va face niciun raport. Totuși, acest termen poate fi suspendat până când DPO va obține orice informație considerată necesară pentru a încheia investigația.
