Minimální mzdy v roce 2026: Roční přehled

Stanovení minimální mzdy v celé EU se stalo stále dynamičtější a pečlivě sledovanou oblastí politiky, formovanou transpozicí směrnice EU o minimální mzdě a desetiletím trvalého reálného růstu zákonných sazeb. Tato zpráva zkoumá diskuse o stanovení mezd, které probíhaly mezi členskými státy a Norskem v roce 2025, se zaměřením na země s a bez národní minimální mzdy, na vzájemné působení mezi minimálními mzdami a kolektivním vyjednáváním v nízko placených sektorech a rostoucí roli indikativních referenčních hodnot při formování národních rozhodnutí.
