Stanovanje

Pristup cjenovno pristupačnom i primjerenom stanovanju velik je problem u mnogim državama članicama, u njihovim gradovima i regijama, uz pogoršane krizama posljednjih godina. Ljudi koji se suočavaju s problemima pristupačnosti stanovanja izloženi su riziku od isključenosti, nesigurnosti da moraju napustiti svoj dom, nemogućnosti priuštiti si druge stvari zbog visokih troškova stanovanja i moraju ostati u stambenom prostoru neprikladnom za njihove potrebe. S rastućim troškovima života dolazi i do izloženosti energetskom siromaštvu za obitelji s nižim primanjima koje si ne mogu priuštiti adekvatno grijanje svojih domova ili plaćanje stanarine ili hipoteke. Istodobno, beskućništvo je u porastu u velikoj većini država članica.
