Niniejszy raport analizuje dyskusje dotyczące ustalania płac, które miały miejsce w państwach członkowskich i Norwegii w 2025 roku, koncentrując się na krajach z krajową płacą minimalną i bez niej, na wzajemnym wpływie płac minimalnych i negocjacji zbiorowych w sektorach o niskich dochodach oraz rosnącej roli wartości referencyjnych w kształtowaniu decyzji krajowych.
