Bydlení

Přístup k cenově dostupnému a přiměřenému bydlení je v mnoha členských státech, v jejich městech a regionech velkým problémem, který se ještě zhoršil v důsledku krizí posledních let. Lidé, kteří čelí problémům s dostupností bydlení, jsou ohroženi vyloučením, nejistotou ohledně nutnosti opustit domov, neschopností dovolit si jiné věci kvůli vysokým nákladům na bydlení a nutností zůstat v bydlení nevyhovujícím jejich potřebám. S rostoucími životními náklady přichází vystavení energetické chudobě rodin s nižšími příjmy, které si nemohou dovolit dostatečně vytápět své domovy nebo platit nájem či hypotéku. Zároveň je ve velké většině členských států na vzestupu bezdomovectví.
