Convergence Monitoring Hub
The convergEU is targeted at researchers who wish to perform their own upward convergence analysis.
The web-based tool 'convergEU' permits the analysis of upward convergence for the full set of indicators part of the Social Scoreboard accompanying the European Pillar of Social Rights as well as for a selected set of Eurofound indicators drawn from the European Quality of Life Survey (EQLS) and the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS). In five easy steps, the web-based tool can create a full upward convergence analysis: it downloads the data from Eurostat website automatically, then includes beta, sigma, delta, and gamma convergence measures as well as other measures to better understand country dynamics in a selected time period. A full indicator report or a country dynamic focus report are produced within 60 seconds. Eleonora Peruffo je výzkumnou pracovnicí v oddělení pro sociální politiku nadace Eurofound. Zabývá se tématy souvisejícími se vzestupnou konvergencí a sociální soudržností v Evropě. V letech 2021–2022 poskytovala analýzu dat pro telefonický průzkum pracovních podmínek v Evropě (EWCTS). Do nadace Eurofound nastoupila v roce 2014 a pracovala na tématech souvisejících s restrukturalizací, zaměstnaností a digitalizací. Je držitelkou magisterského titulu v oboru diplomatických věd a mezinárodních vztahů uděleného na univerzitě v Terstu a magisterského titulu v oboru počítačové vědy - analýzy dat na National College of Ireland.
Michele Consolini

Michele Consolini pracuje jako výzkumná pracovnice v oddělení pro sociální politiky nadace Eurofound. Poskytuje kvantitativní odborné znalosti v několika otázkách, včetně sociální soudržnosti a důvěry, změny klimatu a kvality života, konvergence a řízení průzkumů. Jeho současný výzkum se zabývá úlohou polarizace na sociální soudržnost a důvěru a socioekonomickými výzvami přechodu na uhlíkově neutrální ekonomiku. Je držitelem bakalářského titulu v oboru sociologie a ekonomie z Alma Mater Studiorum v italské Bologni a z Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen v Nizozemsku. Získal výzkumný titul MSc v oboru politické komunikace na univerzitě v Amsterdamu, kde také pracoval jako asistent pedagoga a výzkumný pracovník v oblasti politické psychologie.
