Living and Working in the EU e-survey
Since its launch in 2020, Eurofound's unique Living and Working in the EU e-survey has provided an overview of the ever-changing developments in living and working since the onset of the pandemic, through the recovery measures and during a time of constant change.
Living, working and COVID-19 e-survey - Autumn 2021
The fourth round of the Living, working and COVID-19 e-survey was a panel survey. Eurofound recontacted previous panel respondents only in order to track developments across the 27 EU Member States since the start of the pandemic. This panel survey, spanning from 21 October to 30 November 2021, provided a valuable continuum of insights from panel members.
Building on the previous data collection, this e-survey aimed to assess the living and working conditions of people after over a full year of living with COVID-19 restrictions. The main focus was on job insecurity, mental well-being, work–life balance and the roll-out of the vaccination programmes, including monitoring vaccine hesitancy.
Round 4: By inviting respondents of the previous e-surveys to participate in this panel survey, it was possible to track how the social and economic situation in EU Member States had evolved during the pandemic.

Η Daphne Ahrendt είναι ανώτερη διευθύντρια έρευνας στη μονάδα κοινωνικής πολιτικής του Eurofound. Από την ένταξή της στο Eurofound το 2013, το έργο της έχει καλύψει ευρύ φάσμα τομέων κοινωνικής πολιτικής. Επί του παρόντος, συντονίζει τη δραστηριότητα διαχείρισης και ανάπτυξης ερευνών του Eurofound και ηγείται της προετοιμασίας και ανάλυσης των ηλεκτρονικών ερευνών COVID-19. Η Δάφνη έχει περισσότερα από 20 χρόνια εμπειρίας ως ερευνήτρια σε διεθνείς έρευνες, έχοντας προηγουμένως εργαστεί στη Μονάδα Ευρωβαρόμετρου της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής και στο Εθνικό Κέντρο Κοινωνικών Ερευνών στο Λονδίνο, όπου εργάστηκε στο Διεθνές Πρόγραμμα Κοινωνικών Ερευνών. Η Δάφνη είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου στις Πολιτικές Ποινικής Δικαιοσύνης από το London School of Economics και πτυχίου Πολιτικών Επιστημών από το Κρατικό Πανεπιστήμιο του Σαν Φρανσίσκο.
