Convergence Monitoring Hub
The convergEU is targeted at researchers who wish to perform their own upward convergence analysis.
The web-based tool 'convergEU' permits the analysis of upward convergence for the full set of indicators part of the Social Scoreboard accompanying the European Pillar of Social Rights as well as for a selected set of Eurofound indicators drawn from the European Quality of Life Survey (EQLS) and the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS). In five easy steps, the web-based tool can create a full upward convergence analysis: it downloads the data from Eurostat website automatically, then includes beta, sigma, delta, and gamma convergence measures as well as other measures to better understand country dynamics in a selected time period. A full indicator report or a country dynamic focus report are produced within 60 seconds. Eleonora Peruffo on Eurofoundi sotsiaalpoliitika üksuse teadur. Ta tegeleb teemadega, mis on seotud ülespoole suunatud lähenemise ja sotsiaalse ühtekuuluvusega Euroopas. Aastatel 2021–2022 tegi ta andmeanalüüsi Euroopa töötingimuste telefoniuuringu (EWCTS) jaoks. Ta liitus Eurofoundiga 2014. aastal ning on töötanud restruktureerimise, tööhõive ja digiteerimisega seotud teemadega. Tal on magistrikraad diplomaatilistes teadustes ja rahvusvahelistes suhetes, mille on välja andnud Trieste Ülikool, ning magistrikraad arvutiteaduses - andmeanalüütika Iirimaa Riiklikust Kolledžist.
Michele Consolini

Michele Consolini töötab Eurofoundi sotsiaalpoliitika üksuses teadurina. Ta pakub kvantitatiivseid teadmisi mitmes küsimuses, sealhulgas sotsiaalne ühtekuuluvus ja usaldus, kliimamuutused ja elukvaliteet, lähenemine ja uuringute juhtimine. Tema praegune uurimistöö vaatleb polariseerumise rolli sotsiaalsele ühtekuuluvusele ja usaldusele ning süsinikuneutraalsele majandusele ülemineku sotsiaalmajanduslikke väljakutseid. Tal on bakalaureusekraad sotsioloogias ja majanduses Alma Mater Studiorumist Bolognas, Itaalias ja Radboud Universiteit Nijmegenist, Hollandist. Ta lõpetas Amsterdami ülikoolis poliitilise kommunikatsiooni magistrikraadi, kus ta töötas ka õppeassistendi ja teadurina poliitilise psühholoogia valdkonnas.
