Tá Mattanja de Boer i gceannas ar an bhfoireann atá freagrach as Tacaíocht Eagraíochtúil in Eurofound. I measc na bhfreagrachtaí tá bainistíocht tionscadail agus próisis, soláthar, tuairisciú agus meastóireacht ar fheidhmíocht eagraíochtúil. Ina theannta sin, tá sí ina comhordaitheoir de chuid na Gníomhaireachta um rialú inmheánach agus bainistíocht riosca. Thosaigh sí i rannóg Faisnéise agus Cumarsáide Eurofound chun a ghníomhaíochtaí foilsitheoireachta a fhorbairt, agus bhain sí leas as a cuid ama le teach foilsitheoireachta Wolters Kluwer i róil bhainistíochta éagsúla. Tá MSc in Eolaíochtaí Oideachais ag Mattanja ó Ollscoil Utrecht agus MBA (Onóracha) ó Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM).
