Third European Quality of Life Survey: Questionnaire

This is the final master questionnaire (approved on 9 September 2011) of the third European Quality of Life Survey (EQLS 2012) which took place in 2011–2012. The questionnaire was translated into 25 languages (31 unique language versions) across the 27 EU countries, and seven languages (9 language versions) in seven non-EU countries.
