Convergence Monitoring Hub
The convergEU is targeted at researchers who wish to perform their own upward convergence analysis.
The web-based tool 'convergEU' permits the analysis of upward convergence for the full set of indicators part of the Social Scoreboard accompanying the European Pillar of Social Rights as well as for a selected set of Eurofound indicators drawn from the European Quality of Life Survey (EQLS) and the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS). In five easy steps, the web-based tool can create a full upward convergence analysis: it downloads the data from Eurostat website automatically, then includes beta, sigma, delta, and gamma convergence measures as well as other measures to better understand country dynamics in a selected time period. A full indicator report or a country dynamic focus report are produced within 60 seconds. Le linn 2021–2022, chuir sí anailís sonraí ar fáil don Suirbhé Teileafóin Eorpach ar Choinníollacha Oibre (EWCTS). Chuaigh sí isteach in Eurofound in 2014 agus d'oibrigh sí ar ábhair a bhaineann le hathstruchtúrú, fostaíocht agus digitiú. Tá MA aici sna hEolaíochtaí Taidhleoireachta agus Caidreamh Idirnáisiúnta bronnta ag Ollscoil Trieste agus MSc in Eolaíocht Ríomhaireachta - Anailísíocht Sonraí ó Choláiste Náisiúnta na hÉireann.

Oibríonn Michele Consolini mar oifigeach taighde san aonad Beartais Shóisialta ag Eurofound. Soláthraíonn sé saineolas cainníochtúil ar roinnt saincheisteanna, lena n-áirítear comhtháthú sóisialta agus muinín, athrú aeráide agus cáilíocht na beatha, cóineasú agus bainistíocht suirbhéanna. Breathnaíonn a chuid taighde reatha ar ról an pholaraithe ar chomhtháthú sóisialta agus ar mhuinín, agus ar na dúshláin shocheacnamaíocha a bhaineann leis an aistriú chuig geilleagar neodrach ó thaobh carbóin de. Tá BA aige sa tSocheolaíocht agus san Eacnamaíocht ón Alma Mater Studiorum i Bologna na hIodáile, agus ó Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, an Ísiltír. Chríochnaigh sé MSc Taighde sa Chumarsáid Pholaitiúil ó Ollscoil Amstardam, áit ar oibrigh sé freisin mar chúntóir teagaisc agus mar thaighdeoir i réimse na síceolaíochta polaitíochta.
