Ivailo Kalfin
2021 m. birželio 1 d. Ivailo Kalfin pradėjo eiti EUROFOUND vykdomojo direktoriaus pareigas. S. Kalfin patirtis apima įvairias sritis – nuo darbo rinkos ir socialinės politikos dinamikos iki pasaulinių politinių tendencijų, ES ir biudžeto, taip pat skaitmeninės transformacijos. Jis išdėstė penkis pagrindinius savo vaidmens EUROFOUND prioritetus: remti Europos žaliosios ir skaitmeninės pertvarkos integravimą; papildyti Europos socialinių teisių ramsčio veiksmų plano įgyvendinimą įrodymais grindžiamais moksliniais tyrimais; glaudesnis bendradarbiavimas su tarptautinėmis organizacijomis ir išorės partneriais ir aktyvesnis Europos kaimynystės politikos šalių informavimas; parama socialinių partnerių gebėjimų stiprinimui ir plėtrai pagal Agentūros kompetencijos sritį; didinti EUROFOUND žinomumą tarp pagrindinių suinteresuotųjų subjektų.

2022 in review
The dawn of 2022 brought muted optimism to a Europe beginning to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the progress of vaccination programmes worldwide brought hope. Government and EU support during the pandemic had kept unemployment at bay, averting the widescale collapse of businesses. In step with the EU’s plans for the year, Eurofound’s focus was firmly on a post-pandemic Europe: the recovery and the twin transition to a green and digital economy. All this changed with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the start of a war of aggression. The EU and its institutions were compelled to respond rapidly.

Europe Day: Europe’s future hangs in the balance
Today is Europe Day, and one hundred young people from Ireland and Ukraine will be marking the event at Eurofound, in peaceful south Dublin. Europe Day has traditionally been seen as a celebration of peace and unity in Europe, but, unfortunately, it must be marked differently this year. Europe Day 2022 must rather reaffirm the values of Europe: human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, rule of law and human rights. These values are now being tested daily and must be rigorously defended for the future of Europe and the future of our young people.

Maria Jepsen yra EUROFOUND direktoriaus pavaduotoja, paskirta 2019 m. lapkričio 1 d. Ji koordinuoja agentūros programų rengimą. Prieš tai ji buvo Europos profesinių sąjungų instituto (ETUI) mokslinių tyrimų skyriaus direktorė, Briuselio laisvojo universiteto (ULB) docentė ir mokslo darbuotoja. Šiuo metu ji taip pat yra darbo ekonomikos docentė ULB ir išorės dėstytoja Europos koledže Briugėje, Belgijoje. Pagrindiniai jos moksliniai interesai – lyčių studijos, gerovės valstybių įtaka darbo jėgos pasiūlai, darbo užmokesčiui ir darbo sąlygoms, Europos socialinės dimensijos plėtra. E. Jepsen buvo įvairių nacionalinio ir tarptautinio lygmens komitetų, tarybų ir patariamųjų tarybų užimtumo, socialinių, lyčių ir mokslinių tyrimų klausimais narė. Ji taip pat buvo Europos Komisijos trišalio darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos patariamojo komiteto koordinatorė. Ji yra įgijusi ekonomikos mokslų daktaro laipsnį ir ekonometrijos magistro laipsnį Briuselio laisvajame universitete (ULB).

Anna Ludwinek yra EUROFOUND Briuselio ryšių biuro, prie kurio ji prisijungė 2019 m., ryšių palaikymo vadovė. Jos pareigos visų pirma yra Briuselio biuro darbo koordinavimas, įskaitant ryšius su Europos Komisija, Europos Parlamentu, Taryba ir ekspertų grupėmis. Prieš tai Anna buvo Socialinės politikos skyriaus tyrimų vadovė, atsakinga už darbą kartų socialinio mobilumo ir lygių galimybių, jaunimo nelygybės ir socialinių išmokų prieinamumo srityse. Ankstesnis jos darbas EUROFOUND apėmė Europos miestų tinklo vietos integracijos politikai (CLIP) valdymą, sprendžiant įvairovės, būsto, kultūrų politikos ir etninio verslumo klausimus. Kitos mokslinių tyrimų sritys apėmė ilgalaikę atskirtį patiriančių grupių reintegraciją į darbo rinką ir skaitmeninimo poveikį socialinėms paslaugoms. Anna yra įgijusi politikos mokslų magistro laipsnį Varšuvos universitete ir tarptautinių santykių bakalauro ir socialinių taikomųjų tyrimų magistro laipsnį Dublino Trejybės koledže.

Robbie Stakelum yra Briuselio ryšių palaikymo pareigūnas, atsakingas už Europos ekonomikos ir socialinių reikalų komitetą, socialinius partnerius ir Europos Komisiją. Nuo 2014 m. jis dirba Briuselyje, daugiausia dėmesio skirdamas socialinei ir užimtumo politikai.
