Convergence Monitoring Hub
The convergEU is targeted at researchers who wish to perform their own upward convergence analysis.
The web-based tool 'convergEU' permits the analysis of upward convergence for the full set of indicators part of the Social Scoreboard accompanying the European Pillar of Social Rights as well as for a selected set of Eurofound indicators drawn from the European Quality of Life Survey (EQLS) and the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS). In five easy steps, the web-based tool can create a full upward convergence analysis: it downloads the data from Eurostat website automatically, then includes beta, sigma, delta, and gamma convergence measures as well as other measures to better understand country dynamics in a selected time period. A full indicator report or a country dynamic focus report are produced within 60 seconds. Eleonora Peruffo

Eleonora Peruffo är forskningssekreterare vid enheten för socialpolitik vid Eurofound. Hon arbetar med ämnen som rör uppåtgående konvergens och social sammanhållning i Europa. Under 2021–2022 tillhandahöll hon dataanalys för European Working Conditions Telephone Survey (EWCTS). Hon började på Eurofound 2014 och har arbetat med frågor som rör omstrukturering, sysselsättning och digitalisering. Hon har en masterexamen i diplomati och internationella relationer från universitetet i Trieste och en masterexamen i datavetenskap - dataanalys från National College of Ireland.
Michele Consolini

Michele Consolini arbetar som forskningssekreterare vid enheten för socialpolitik vid Eurofound. Han tillhandahåller kvantitativ expertis i flera frågor, bland annat social sammanhållning och förtroende, klimatförändringar och livskvalitet, konvergens och undersökningshantering. Hans nuvarande forskning handlar om polariseringens roll för social sammanhållning och tillit, och de socioekonomiska utmaningarna med övergången till en koldioxidneutral ekonomi. Han har en kandidatexamen i sociologi och ekonomi från Alma Mater Studiorum i Bologna, Italien, och från Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, Nederländerna. Han har en masterexamen i politisk kommunikation från Amsterdams universitet, där han också arbetade som lärarassistent och forskare inom politisk psykologi.
