Eurofound publishes gross and nominal national minimum wages applicable in EU countries that have a national minimum wage.

Monthly gross national minimum wages converted to 12 monthly payments in Euro
The final 2026 minimum wage updates for Estonia, Romania and Spain were not decided upon at the time of publishing. For comparability, monthly wage rates are adjusted to reflect 12 annual payments. In particular, this applies to Greece, Portugal, Spain (14 regular annual payments) and Slovenia (13 payments). For non-Eurozone countries, annual increases differ from those agreed on in national currencies due to variations in exchange rates.
