Efstratios Lales

Efstratios Lales is a procurement specialist in the Resources unit at Eurofound. Prior to this, he worked at the European Medicines Agency in Amsterdam as a Validation Officer and Scientific Support Coordinator, where he managed regulatory processes and committee operations. Earlier in his career, he served as Procurement Officer for the Municipality of Drama in Greece. His professional journey began in the agricultural sector, where he worked as an agronomist for various Greek public bodies, focusing on rural development and dairy production. Efstratios holds multiple advanced degrees, including MScs in Communication for Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, and Animal Production, as well as a BSc in Economics and Management.
