U ovom istraživačkom radu Eurofounda istražuju se ključni trendovi u restrukturiranju posljednjih godina, ističući poduzeća koja su najavila najveći gubitak i povećanje broja radnih mjesta u EU-u. Temelji se na analizi najava poduzeća zabilježenih u Eurofoundovu Europskom pregledu restrukturiranja (ERM) te na novoj klasifikaciji događaja restrukturiranja koji uključuju promjene u lokaciji poduzeća.
