Workplace social dialogue as a driver of direct participation? Background paper for the Third European Company Survey

This paper is one of two background papers that served as a conceptual framework for the development of the questionnaire for the Third European Company Survey (ECS). The papers also formed the basis for the discussion with Eurofound’s tripartite Advisory Committee on the ECS and the questionnaire development group.
