High-level conference – Ministerial conference on the Ministry’s presidency priority ‘Future of labour in a digital Europe’

The high-level conference opened with a ministerial round table discussion on the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on the labour market and working conditions. Parallel workshops followed and then a ministerial panel took place with an overview presentation by Eurofound to open the debate on the challenges of the silver transformation: how do we in the European Union cope with using the potential of older people in the labour market? Ivailo Kalfin, Eurofound’s Executive Director, represented the agency.
