Investigating the Child Guarantee among hard-to-reach populations
The research report aims to investigate key indicators of the European Child Guarantee (ECG) among hard-to-reach populations that are often understudied, specifically Roma children and migrants, but also children in marginalised groups, such as those suffering from several deprivations or disabilities.
The research report aims to investigate key indicators of the European Child Guarantee (ECG) among hard-to-reach populations that are often understudied, specifically Roma children and migrants, but also children in marginalised groups, such as those suffering from several deprivations or disabilities. Discrimination, access to services and root causes of child poverty will be investigated using EU SILC data and the FRA survey on ROMA people. The aim is to help policymakers understand the multidimensional aspect of child poverty.
