The web-based tool 'convergEU' permits the analysis of upward convergence for the full set of indicators part of the Social Scoreboard accompanying the European Pillar of Social Rights as well as for a selected set of Eurofound indicators drawn from the European Quality of Life Survey (EQLS) and the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS). In five easy steps, the web-based tool can create a full upward convergence analysis.

The convergEU is targeted at researchers who wish to perform their own upward convergence analysis.

The web-based tool 'convergEU' permits the analysis of upward convergence for the full set of indicators part of the Social Scoreboard accompanying the European Pillar of Social Rights as well as for a selected set of Eurofound indicators drawn from the European Quality of Life Survey (EQLS) and the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS). In five easy steps, the web-based tool can create a full upward convergence analysis: it downloads the data from Eurostat website automatically, then includes beta, sigma, delta, and gamma convergence measures as well as other measures to better understand country dynamics in a selected time period. A full indicator report or a country dynamic focus report are produced within 60 seconds. If you are planning to use your own dataset with the app, please read the dataset preparation instructions below explaining how the data should be organised. Video tutorials are also available.

Eleonora Peruffo je raziskovalka v enoti za socialne politike pri Eurofoundu. Ukvarja se s temami, povezanimi z navzgor usmerjeno konvergenco in socialno kohezijo v Evropi. V obdobju 2021–2022 je izvajala analizo podatkov za evropsko telefonsko raziskavo o delovnih razmerah (EWCTS). Eurofoundu se je pridružila leta 2014 in se ukvarjala s temami, povezanimi s prestrukturiranjem, zaposlovanjem in digitalizacijo. Magistrirala je iz diplomatskih znanosti in mednarodnih odnosov, ki jo podeljuje Univerza v Trstu, in magistrirala iz računalništva - podatkovna analitika na National College of Ireland.

Michele Consolini

Michele Consolini je zaposlen kot raziskovalec v enoti za socialno politiko pri Eurofoundu. Zagotavlja kvantitativno strokovno znanje o več vprašanjih, vključno s socialno kohezijo in zaupanjem, podnebnimi spremembami in kakovostjo življenja, konvergenco in upravljanjem raziskav. Njegova trenutna raziskava obravnava vlogo polarizacije na socialno kohezijo in zaupanje ter socialno-ekonomske izzive prehoda na ogljično nevtralno gospodarstvo. Diplomiral je iz sociologije in ekonomije na Alma Mater Studiorum v Bologni v Italiji in na Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen na Nizozemskem. Magistriral je iz političnega komuniciranja na Univerzi v Amsterdamu, kjer je delal tudi kot asistent in raziskovalec na področju politične psihologije.
