Eurofound (The European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions) is partnering with UNI Europa for an exhibition at their 6th ConferenceReal say, more pay - forward through collective bargaining’, taking place at the International Convention Centre, Belfast, Northern Ireland from 25 to 27 March 2025.

This year, Eurofound is celebrating its 50th anniversary, marking half a century of dedicated research and contributions to improving living and working conditions in Europe. Over the years, Eurofound has played a pivotal role in shaping policies and fostering social dialogue across the European Union. As we look to the future, Eurofound remains committed to addressing emerging challenges and continuing its mission to enhance the quality of life for all Europeans.

Eurofound experts

Eurofound experts will be available to discuss EU policies relating to working conditions and sustainable work and industrial relations and social dialogue on topics including job quality, collective bargaining, discrimination at work, employee representation, minimum wages, psychosocial risks, as well as a range of other related topics.
