On 19–20 November 2025, Eurofound is organising its 8th Foundation Forum at IMMA Venues. It is the agency’s quadrennial high-level flagship event which has been running for the past 20 years and is organised in cooperation with the Irish Government.

Event background
Forum 2025 will mark the agency’s 50th anniversary – a key milestone celebrating five decades of evidence-based contributions to social, employment, and work-related policies across the EU. This landmark event offers an opportunity to reflect on Eurofound’s legacy while looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of work and society.
Forum 2025 will kick off with a gala dinner event on the evening of 19 November followed by a half-day on 20 November, held alongside Eurofound’s Management Board meeting.
The programme will feature a keynote address, presentations and parallel thematic panel sessions encouraging for discussion audience engagement, as well as a closing plenary session.
The plenary sessions will be livestreamed on our website, with the full event available online after the Forum.

Senior Communication ManagerCristina Arigho jest starszym menedżerem ds. komunikacji oraz kierowniczką ds. zaangażowania interesariuszy i promocji w dziale informacji i komunikacji w Eurofound, dołączyła do Agencji w 2012 r. Wcześniej spędziła prawie 20 lat w Brukseli, pracując na różnych stanowiskach, w tym w Komisji Europejskiej, w tym jako rzecznik DG ds. Zatrudnienia, Spraw Społecznych i Włączenia Społecznego (2010–2012) oraz DG ds. Budżetu (2007–2009). Przed dołączeniem do służby rzecznika prasowego Komisji była rzecznikiem prasowym w DG ds. Zatrudnienia (2005–2007) oraz autorką przemówień dla ówczesnego komisarza i dyrektora generalnego (2003–2005). Przed rozpoczęciem pracy w Komisji pracowała dla radia i telewizji RTÉ (irlandzkiej telewizji państwowej) w Brukseli jako asystentka ds. produkcji i badaczka, a następnie jako producentka wiadomości. Cristina ukończyła filologię stosowaną na Uniwersytecie Ulster w Coleraine w Irlandii Północnej.
