Forum 2025 will mark the agency’s 50th anniversary – a key milestone celebrating five decades of evidence-based contributions to social, employment, and work-related policies across the EU. This landmark event offers an opportunity to reflect on Eurofound’s legacy while looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of work and society.
Forum 2025 will mark the agency’s 50th anniversary – a key milestone celebrating five decades of evidence-based contributions to social, employment, and work-related policies across the EU. This landmark event offers an opportunity to reflect on Eurofound’s legacy while looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of work and society.

Forum 2025 will kick off with a gala dinner event on the evening of 19 November followed by a half-day on 20 November, held alongside Eurofound’s Management Board meeting.
The programme will feature a keynote address, presentations and parallel thematic panel sessions encouraging for discussion audience engagement, as well as a closing plenary session.

Senior Communication ManagerCristina Arigho é Gestora Sénior de Comunicação e Líder de Envolvimento e Promoções das Partes Interessadas na unidade de Informação e Comunicação da Eurofound, tendo ingressado na Agência em 2012. Anteriormente, ela passou quase 20 anos em Bruxelas trabalhando em várias funções, muitas delas na Comissão Europeia, inclusive como porta-voz da DG Emprego, Assuntos Sociais e Inclusão (2010-2012) e da DG Orçamento (2007-2009). Antes de ingressar no serviço de porta-voz da Comissão, foi assessora de imprensa na DG Emprego (2005-2007) e redatora de discursos da Comissária e Diretora-Geral na altura (2003-2005). Antes de seus anos na Comissão, ela trabalhou para a rádio e televisão RTÉ (televisão nacional irlandesa) em Bruxelas como assistente de produção e pesquisadora e, mais tarde, como produtora de notícias. Cristina é graduada em Línguas Aplicadas pela Universidade de Ulster em Coleraine, Irlanda do Norte.
