On 19–20 November 2025, Eurofound is organising its 8th Foundation Forum at IMMA Venues. It is the agency’s quadrennial high-level flagship event which has been running for the past 20 years and is organised in cooperation with the Irish Government.

Event background
Forum 2025 will mark the agency’s 50th anniversary – a key milestone celebrating five decades of evidence-based contributions to social, employment, and work-related policies across the EU. This landmark event offers an opportunity to reflect on Eurofound’s legacy while looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of work and society.
Forum 2025 will kick off with a gala dinner event on the evening of 19 November followed by a half-day on 20 November, held alongside Eurofound’s Management Board meeting.
The programme will feature a keynote address, presentations and parallel thematic panel sessions encouraging for discussion audience engagement, as well as a closing plenary session.
The plenary sessions will be livestreamed on our website, with the full event available online after the Forum.

Senior Communication ManagerCristina Arigho az Eurofound Információs és Kommunikációs Osztályának vezető kommunikációs menedzsere, valamint az érdekelt felek bevonásának és promóciójának vezetője, aki 2012-ben csatlakozott az Ügynökséghez. Korábban közel 20 évet töltött Brüsszelben, ahol különböző pozíciókat töltött be, köztük a Foglalkoztatás, a Szociális Ügyek és a Társadalmi Befogadás Főigazgatóságának (2010–2012) és a Költségvetési Főigazgatóság (2007–2009) szóvivőjeként. Mielőtt csatlakozott volna a Bizottság szóvivői szolgálatához, a Foglalkoztatási Főigazgatóság sajtóreferense (2005–2007), valamint a biztos és a főigazgató beszédírója volt (2003–2005). A Bizottságnál töltött éveit megelőzően az RTÉ rádió és televízió (ír nemzeti televízió) brüsszeli rádió és televízió produkciós asszisztensként és kutatóként, majd hírproducerként dolgozott. Cristina az észak-írországi Coleraine-i Ulsteri Egyetemen szerzett alkalmazott nyelvi diplomát.
