Ivailo Kalfin
Ivailo Kalfin pievienojās Eurofound izpilddirektora amatā 2021. gada 1. jūnijā. Kalfin kunga zināšanas aptver dažādas jomas, sākot no darba tirgus un sociālās politikas dinamikas līdz globālajām politiskajām tendencēm, ES un budžetam, kā arī digitālajai pārveidei. Viņš ir izklāstījis piecas galvenās prioritātes savam pienākumam Eurofound: atbalstīt Eiropas zaļās un digitālās pārkārtošanās integrēšanu; papildināt Eiropas sociālo tiesību pīlāra rīcības plāna īstenošanu ar uz pierādījumiem balstītu pētījumu; pastiprināta sadarbība ar starptautiskām organizācijām un ārējiem partneriem un plašāka sadarbība ar Eiropas kaimiņattiecību politikas valstīm; atbalsts sociālo partneru spēju uzlabošanai un paplašināšanai Aģentūras kompetencē; palielinot Eurofound atpazīstamību galveno ieinteresēto personu vidū.

2022 in review
The dawn of 2022 brought muted optimism to a Europe beginning to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the progress of vaccination programmes worldwide brought hope. Government and EU support during the pandemic had kept unemployment at bay, averting the widescale collapse of businesses. In step with the EU’s plans for the year, Eurofound’s focus was firmly on a post-pandemic Europe: the recovery and the twin transition to a green and digital economy. All this changed with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the start of a war of aggression. The EU and its institutions were compelled to respond rapidly.

Europe Day: Europe’s future hangs in the balance
Today is Europe Day, and one hundred young people from Ireland and Ukraine will be marking the event at Eurofound, in peaceful south Dublin. Europe Day has traditionally been seen as a celebration of peace and unity in Europe, but, unfortunately, it must be marked differently this year. Europe Day 2022 must rather reaffirm the values of Europe: human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, rule of law and human rights. These values are now being tested daily and must be rigorously defended for the future of Europe and the future of our young people.

We need to study and understand the blow Europe’s youth have suffered from the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to adjust recovery and resilience measures to their needs: without prioritising young people in the present, we have little hope for the future.

Maria Jepsen ir Eurofound direktora vietniece, iecelta 2019. gada 1. novembrī. Viņa koordinē aģentūras programmu izstrādi. Pirms tam viņa bija Eiropas Arodbiedrību institūta (ETUI) pētniecības departamenta direktore un docente un pētniece Briseles Brīvajā universitātē (ULB). Pašlaik viņa ir arī asociētā profesore darba ekonomikā ULB un ārējā pasniedzēja Eiropas koledžā Brigē, Beļģijā. Viņas galvenās pētnieciskās intereses ir dzimumu pētījumi, labklājības valstu ietekme uz darbaspēka piedāvājumu, algām un darba apstākļiem, kā arī Eiropas sociālās dimensijas attīstība. Jepsen ir bijusi dažādu komiteju, padomju un konsultatīvo padomju locekle valsts un starptautiskā līmenī nodarbinātības, sociālajos, dzimumu līdztiesības un pētniecības jautājumos. Viņa ir bijusi arī koordinatore Eiropas Komisijas trīspusējā padomdevēja komitejā par drošību un veselības aizsardzību darbā. Viņai ir doktora grāds ekonomikā un maģistra grāds ekonometrijā Briseles Brīvajā universitātē (ULB).

Anna Ludwinek

Anna Ludwinek ir Eurofound Briseles sadarbības biroja sadarbības vadītāja, kuram viņa pievienojās 2019. gadā. Viņas pienākumi galvenokārt ir Briseles biroja darba koordinēšana, tostarp attiecības ar Eiropas Komisiju, Eiropas Parlamentu, Padomi un ideju laboratorijām. Pirms tam Anna bija pētījumu vadītāja Sociālās politikas nodaļā, kas bija atbildīga par darbu pie paaudžu sociālās mobilitātes un vienlīdzīgām iespējām, jauniešu nevienlīdzības un sociālo pabalstu pieejamības. Viņas iepriekšējais darbs Eurofound ietvēra Eiropas pilsētu tīkla vietējās integrācijas politikai (CLIP) pārvaldību, strādājot pie jautājumiem, kas saistīti ar daudzveidību, mājokļiem, starpkultūru politiku un etnisko uzņēmējdarbību. Citas pētniecības jomas ietvēra ilgstoši atstumto grupu reintegrāciju darba tirgū un digitalizācijas ietekmi uz sociālajiem pakalpojumiem. Anna ir ieguvusi maģistra grādu politikas zinātnē Varšavas Universitātē un bakalaura grādu starptautiskajās attiecībās un maģistra grādu sociālajos lietišķajos pētījumos Dublinas Trīsvienības koledžā.

Robijs Stakelums ir Briseles sadarbības koordinators, kas atbild par Eiropas Ekonomikas un sociālo lietu komiteju, sociālajiem partneriem un Eiropas Komisiju. Kopš 2014. gada viņš strādā Briselē, galveno uzmanību pievēršot sociālajai un nodarbinātības politikai.
