On 19–20 November 2025, Eurofound is organising its 8th Foundation Forum at IMMA Venues. It is the agency’s quadrennial high-level flagship event which has been running for the past 20 years and is organised in cooperation with the Irish Government.

Event background

Forum 2025 will mark the agency’s 50th anniversary – a key milestone celebrating five decades of evidence-based contributions to social, employment, and work-related policies across the EU. This landmark event offers an opportunity to reflect on Eurofound’s legacy while looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of work and society.

Forum 2025 will kick off with a gala dinner event on the evening of 19 November followed by a half-day on 20 November, held alongside Eurofound’s Management Board meeting.

The programme will feature a keynote address, presentations and parallel thematic panel sessions encouraging for discussion audience engagement, as well as a closing plenary session.

The plenary sessions will be livestreamed on our website, with the full event available online after the Forum.

Cristina Arigho este Senior Communications Manager și Stakeholder Engagement and Promotions Lead în cadrul unității de informare și comunicare din cadrul Eurofound, după ce s-a alăturat Agenției în 2012. Anterior, a petrecut aproape 20 de ani la Bruxelles, ocupând diverse funcții, multe dintre ele în cadrul Comisiei Europene, inclusiv în calitate de purtător de cuvânt al DG Ocuparea Forței de Muncă, Afaceri Sociale și Incluziune (2010-2012) și al DG Buget (2007-2009). Înainte de a se alătura serviciului de purtător de cuvânt al Comisiei, ea a fost ofițer de presă la DG Ocuparea forței de muncă (2005-2007) și redactor de discursuri pentru comisarul și directorul general la acea vreme (2003-2005). Înainte de anii petrecuți la Comisie, a lucrat pentru radio și televiziune RTÉ (televiziunea națională irlandeză) din Bruxelles ca asistent de producție și cercetător, iar mai târziu ca producător de știri. Cristina este absolventă de Limbi Aplicate la Universitatea din Ulster din Coleraine, Irlanda de Nord.
